Matthew is an Arizona-based employment attorney who is passionate about preventing employment discrimination and harassment in the workplace. Matthew is a strong advocate who regularly represents clients in employment discrimination and harassment complaints, employment litigation, and other adversarial matters, in addition to policy drafting, providing EEO and anti-harassment training, and other non-adversarial matters.
After working for various State and Federal agencies in Arizona and Washington D.C., Matthew transitioned to private practice and became an experienced litigator. Matthew opened Moosbrugger Law with a mission to provide the highest level of representation to victims of employment discrimination and workplace harassment.
Matthew's unique experience adjudicating Charges of Discrimination for the Civil Rights Division of the Arizona Attorney General's Office, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Library of Congress makes him particularly skilled at proving violations of employee's rights and getting his clients the justice they deserve.
